For the past many years almost all of my pictures have been scenic pictures. Since finding Photographica and our weekly challenges, I have really grown as a photographer, experimenting with may different types of pictures, B&W, Portrait, animals and even buildings. I have combed through each of my photo's of 2005, I keep going back to this portrait I took of my niece Keenen. I had this picture printed and framed it as a Christmas present for my sister. Without Photographica, I don't think I would ever have tried to take a portrait. Who knew at the beginning of 2005 I could photograph anything but mountians and beaches. I can't wait to see what is in store for Photographica in 2006.
