(Childhood Memories)
When I was younger, we had a fire in our home. We lost everything. The only thing that I have was something I gave to my Mom. Here's a front view and here's a back view . My mother never smoked until the age of 44. If you look closely you can see the nicotine stains on it. I won't wash it ever. After my Mother passed in 2004, the family shared her memories by taking a part of her with us. Because I was the one to give it to her, I wanted to have it with me. The date on the statue says made in 1970, so I guess I gave it to her shortly after that. Now when I look at it it brings back fond memories of her. I made a space for her here. http://spaces.msn.com/members/Missyoumom. Check it out.
