I set out one day to practice taking shots with my built in flash (because the camera's still a bit new.) Stone Mountain has a nice "plantation" area with old buildings and antique furniture, which I guessed would make for half decent subject matter.

The rooms are pretty dark - in keeping with the Civil War'ish time period - so these shots are my attempt to balance the natural light coming through the windows with the flash to get a balanced shot. Here's a couple that I thought were worth sharing.
