Almost two years ago my paradise was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan.  At first the amount of damage was unbelievable.  Two years later the Alabama Coast has returned back to its peaceful life with very little signs of Ivan.  As we drove down the main road Popup Linkthat Ivan took out life was back to normal.  Hard to believe that it has been two years!  Well almost two years!  We finally reached the beach and while I was taking pictures of Popup Linknew life/palm trees the girls ran in the white sand to the beach where they could catch some Popup Linkwaves.  The baby was caught by  Popup Linksurprise when a wave came crashing by and Miss Little Movie Star poses for the Popup Linkcamera.  On our walk back to the condo my oldest daughter decides to take a  Popup Linkswim in the pool .  Nearby I snap a few more pictures of Popup Linkpalm trees.  This whole area that I am standing on as I take these pictures was wiped out by Ivan.   We left the beach and head to one of the marinas nearby.  Daddy wants to see the big fish come in off of the boats.  While Popup Linkplaying on a newly built swing mama snaps a few more shots of Popup Linkpalm trees.  As we leave that afternoon I manage to get this beautiful  Popup Linkscene of the Gulf of Mexico along the Alabama Coast.
Hang in there LA and MS.  It will get better but takes time to heal the pain and heart.
