Yesterday we traveled an hour down the road to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo.  We took our Granddaughters  Lauren and Courtney with us on this Mission.  Wim was a pilot in the Canadian Air Force for awhile so this was his Idea.  The girls really enjoyed it and we spent 5 hours  looking at the planes.   As you can see there were old planes and more modern planes.  There were rides for all ages that had to do with flight and there were several simulator rides - there also was a 4-D movie that we saw the (as Lauren said) you could hear, see, smell, and feel.  In one of the simulators you were pilot and co-pilot of an aircraft on a aircraft carrior, both girls enjoyed going on this with Opa and Lauren was pilot on her run with him.  She gave him a really rugged and rough ride.  He was the pilot on the ride with Courtney and she was not happy that he would not do as many loops as Lauren did.  Thank you for following along with us.
