Bridge of Flowers, Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts

On Sunday I decide to go for a drive out to the Berkshires of Massachusetts. On the way I stopped into Shelburne Falls. There an old trolley bridge that was converted to The Bridge of Flowers when the trolley company abandoned the structure in 1929. And here is the Bridge in Popup Linkearly afternoon Popup Linkand early evening Popup LinkBridge path facing Buckland and Popup Linkpath facing Shelburne Falls. On the Shelburne side I found this fence made of  Popup LinkBranches they also had an old Popup LinkIce Sled just sitting there. On the bridge again I found this tree Popup LinkHugging a Pole. And now for the main subject of the Bridge!!! FLOWERS!!!!

Was a very nice trip, and if any of you make out here to Western Massachusetts this is a must see. It is better in mid spring though.
