As the many colors of a smoky sunset resided in the sky, I thought about the causes of this sight, and what gave me this wonderful photo opportunity.
This photo was taken during some recent forest fires in Oregon. When I saw this sight that would soon become my image, it was immediately apparent that this tree and and the color of the sun made for a great picture, and was definetely something that I don't see very often!
Although forest fires are very dangerous and hazardous, they do provide us with with many wonderful photo opportunities.
