Howie and I have a lot of history together.  We are standing in front of Macy’s at Perch Point #1, on the NE corner of 34th and 7th Ave during our lunch hour people watching break.  This intersection could be the most densely populated place in the world. But we have a little perch, out of the traffic, with an overhang that keeps out the rain and sun.
