Jim Brandenburg, a National Geographic Photographer and native Minnesotan, is opening an exhibit of prairie photos at the Bell Museum in Minneapolis. Exhibit: "Touch the Sky: Prairie Photographs by Jim Brandenburg" runs Oct. 1 through December at the Bell Museum, 10 SE. Church St., Minneapolis. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students and seniors. Opening reception at 7 p.m. Sept. 30. $25, includes light refreshments and a preview of Brandenburg's new film.
