I'm warning now, these are snapshots.  It's the end of the semester and Kate and I decided to have a little fun.  We put a roast on and I proceeded to bake two kinds of cookies (under the influence of  a little bit of cherry wine).  

It didn't hit me to take a few pictures of our procedure until I had finished making the cookies.

But that's ok, I got shots of the results.  Oatmeal craisen chocolate chip cookies and Kahlua coconut chocolate chip cookies.

Upon review, I didn't think they were half bad and I realized that this night of baking was a bit of inner peace for me.  The semester's basically over, aside from finals.  I love to bake, it makes me happy. And giving my product away to people and them loving it makes it even better.  

And yes, they taste just as good as they look.  In fact, I'm gonna go have one right now.  Have a great day everyone!
