i've been trying to shoot a bumblebee for the longest time.

they don't co-operate well and they aren't always around like my honey bee friends.

they were so interested in these blooms that this time they didn't seem to mind my intrusion. i don't think they even knew i was there.

ps... oops, i almost missed the shot. i forgot my camera when i went outside. i had to go upstairs to retrieve it. i hurried, but, i didn't really think the bee would still be there by the time i could get back. he was so, thanks mr. bee!
