Since the age of 4 until about 14 or so I was obsessed with Futbol. I refused to call it Soccer for years when I found out that everywhere else in the world it was known as Futbol. Between Futbol, Martial Arts and Skateboarding I was always outside or on the go. The two shots below, 'Practice' and 'Empty Futbol Field' was where I used to play and practice when I lived in Durham. I spent many hours there working on drills and conditioning.
*These shots are about 3 years old...my glasses broke so I'm back to archived shots.*
You gotta have something to replenish your energy.

Hate to say it, but these aren't up to your usual standards. The fields both lack any real subject; which might work if you wanted them to feel desolate, but they're too busy for that.
Also, the sky is a bit too oversaturated. You can get by with oversaturating the blue sky, but you also lost the top half of the clouds in the sky with it.
On a positive note, it's great to see B&W photos that have black and white in them. Too many bad B&W photos don't have black and white, just shades of gray. Good job in all 3 on getting the full range in there.

I like them and I like the fact that they look desolate. wouldn't have worked in color to get that desolate feeling.

These pretty much lack a focal point. But I agree with kwsNI in that they do have a good range of white to black.

My first thought when I looked at them was "Wow you have came a long way". I think Aaron covered everything I was going to say. You have definately developed a style. In these shots you do not have that style yet...
