The belly dancers (my last post) were my favorite, but these also caught my eye:

 Jousters

 Henna_Artist

 Painted_Face

 Celt

Nicely done. I've always been fascinated by henna painting...such fine detail.

I missed your other post.  I will have to go look.  I like the henna shot.  I had henna done when I was at our Ren Festival.  It is so beautiful. I am thinking about getting some ink to do my own.  Not on my hands because of work but I do want to do more.  The lighting in it is not as harsh in the henna shot. But I know what you were up against.  It is hard to get the sky not to be blown out.  Try metering.  Your manual will explain how to meter.  Besides the sky being blown out the shots are well done.  Now I am going back to look at the previous post you did

  • I gotta go with the Belly Dancers and Faces ... But its probably just a "guy thing"... OK, I like these images too ... Painted Face is my favorite ... Wish the artists's hand was the only hand in the Henna Artist image!

  • Penny - I wanted to have my toes done, since I wear sandals a lot and my hands are in water a lot - but she had people waiting in line and I had photos to take!

Your Ren Faire is a lot more elaborate than the Santa Fe faire (it was their first one - it will grow).  I loved your photos.
