    I like the shot but it is a touch bright.  Also the pole is distracting.  Maybe a crop that takes it out would make this shot more appealling.  Also cloning out the line that would be left.  Looks like a great place.

    In this case I like the brightness.  The pole could go, but I don't think it hurts the picture all that much.

    I sort of agree with Penny, the shot does seem a little imbalanced considering the lifeguard station is meant to be your focal. Though I don't know about cloning stuff out. XD It's still pretty nice.
