You can definitely count me among those who are not-so-much b/w fans - rarely take them, and rarely see photos I think are at their best without color.
However, I am up for a challenge, so here are a few attempts:
What, you ask, does that have to do with the title?? This last one is one I thought begged to be in b/w. It is a sculpture at the United Nations in NYC.

Very nice photos. The sculpture is perfect in B/W and the positioning is very impactful. I like the clouds, just wish the wires weren't in it.

Love the guitar. The tones in the wood are beautiful and make a very interesting design... might be neat to just photograph that and leave the strings out of the shot. I think you do b&w very well and shouldn't be so quick not to experiment with it.
