    Thank you guys. The carving was made in Cherry TCB. It has a little story behind it. I started carving it two years ago in the summer. It was to be a Christmas present for my mom, but she past away that summer and I couldn't bring myself to work on it until this last week.

    Beautiful carving.  Sorry you mom didn't get it.  I like the photo, but the coaster in the loser left corner has some glare that my eye wants to travel to.  :o)
