Just a quick note - This isn't really a macro. I used a telephoto lens to 'flatten' the picture and used a high intensity desk lamp rather than a flash. Here are the photo details -
Nikon D40X lens VR 55-200mm f/4-5.6 G
Focal length: 200mm
Aperture: F/29
Exposure length: 1 sec
Exposure com: 0 EV
DOF about 1.25 inches
