Here is how you add the popups now.  Go back and edit this story and select a chunk of text in it.  Click on the icon above "Images" and count to five.  You'll get a list of your images that you can click on.  Click on one of the images and it will turn whatever you selected into a popup.  Then just click "save" when you are satisfied with your changes and it will take you back to the story.

You can also just click on an image without selecting any text and it will insert the popup and use the images title as the text.
