It's condensation on a bathroom mirror (the color of the glass indicates a silver backing and there is a reflection in lower-left-center)... taken with a fisheye lens.... there was enough steam to leave a bit of condensation on the lense.
Man! should have dumped the water and filled the glass with the beer!
I'm just kidding. Anyone would think I'm a beer drinker. Only occasionally, with a meal or barbecue chips. Definitely with a hot dog, pizza or plate of spaghetti with sausage!

I'm afraid it's just ice water, Old Guy, there was beer involved, but it was in a bottle.
I actually took this picture while sitting, bored, at an awards dinner. I'll have a few pictures from that when I've had a chance to go through them.
