A couple of pictures taken back on a trip to the Smokies. The mill is located towards the end of the Roaring Fork motor trail. The trail is located at the edge of Gatlinburg. It was the same road that was taken when I seen the bears from the other post. If you ever go to the Smokies, I highly recommend this drive.

All 4 pictures were shot with a polarizing filter on the lens. I also hand held two split ND's stacked together in front of the lens. The split ND's kept the sun from blowing out the top right of the picture. I believe I only did that on the last three pics.

I think I'll have to agree with arjelia.
It is not what I expected to see at all, given thedescription title. I can see now why you had all the filters! Did you use a Cokin system? On the originals, did you see degredation with all the filters between the subject and lens?
On the small versions here, they look great!

Did you go inside the mill and shoot out the window?
I like #4 the best. The colors are much better. Good job!
