If you mosey up the past this place, you will find yourself in front of a gate that screams . I know I should, I kind of want to, but there is this on the other side, and I want to photograph it--really I do.

Bad girl...trespassing!!! But you got some great shots along the way, especially the pump handle! Orton works well on this one.

"roadside" is a wonderful little slice of the landscape. I love how you focus on the bank at the edge of the road and merely suggest that there is a road, yet, if you asked most people, they would tell you that it's a photo of a country road. What I wonderful composition. I wish I could "see" like that.

Guess I am out here alone on this . . . though I really like the pump, it looks to my eye to be partly in focus, and partly out. Not sure that's a result of the Orton effect or . . . .???

Great shots! Love the feeling in all of them. I like how the curve leads the eye. Love the color of the pump. Glad they didn't catch you. :o)

It actually is an effect, Crachet...I don't think I have mastered it quite like Kitzi--but still trying.
Thanks all. Not much to photograph close to home that hasn't been done a dozen times or more, so I have resorted to trespassing at the Girl Scout Camp next door.
