I decided to upgrade my Canon XTi to a Canon 40D … So I took the 40D out to the Las Vegas Strip last Wednesday night …

Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo Road … The World Famous Las Vegas Strip!!

The Paris Balloon ... The Paris Balloon in front of the Paris Hotel

The Paris ... The Paris Fountain in front of Paris Hotel!!

Our Eiffel Tower ... The Vegas Eiffel Tower in front of the Paris Hotel

The Fountain at Bellagio ... The Fountain at Bellagio!!

Caesar’s Palace … Ceasars Palace on the Strip!!

The 'Jubilee Show' at Ballys ... No 'Ands', 'Ifs' or 'Butts' the Best "Old Vegas" show on the strip!!

Great shots Stan! I haven't been to Vegas since I got into the digital age. I hope when I do go again I can come up with shots half as good as these.

Wow Stan - kept thinking I would come to one where there was a suggestion to make - not so!! I think your composition is each is just right, and the night exposures are really well-done!! Looks like you and your new camera are a great fit!!

Great shots love the strip one and the fountain as many times as i get there never had the camera to do night shots. Thanks for posting them Enjoy your new camera. Going to Vegas end of Oct. maybe then i will have different camera to take some night ones

Great shots! I fell in love with the Paris Fountain shot, the colors are just fantastic! I just got my XTi, but maybe when I grow up I can get a 40D. ;-)

Fabulouso!!!! Great shots Stan. I haven't been to Vegas since last Sept. but man you captured it well. Gonna have to look at that D40. But the truth is it's the guy behind the camera. Great shots!
