Entered some shots in our County Fair and got some ribbons! It is so exciting going up to the fair to find your shots and seeing a ribbon on them. So here they are... 

1st place Wildlife Lunch 

2nd place Portraits Summer fun 

Special Fair Manager's Award Waiting 

 

Last year the judges put notes on the back saying what they did or didn't like. This year there was nothing. Darn, their notes were very helpful.

    congratulations Grami!! I like lunch! I like lunch every day around 12ish.  Probably mr fisher does too.

    Summer fun is nicely back lit with reflected light on the fence.

    Waiting is just too cute.

    How wonderful! Lunch is perfect...Summer Fun probably would have got 1st Pl too but the judge didn't want to look like he was picking favorites...Waiting...well it was County Fair and perfect. Enjoy your success!

    What can I say but perfection. Congrats on your awards but I have to say I do love the nose in "waiting" and that's my personal favorite. Then again, I love food and it's something I can relate to.

    Congrats on the ribbons, really like the clarity in Lunch, but now Nose,,,not something I would really look at long enough to appreciate it like some...
