The first critter is a baby blue jay that literally fell at my feet. I hand fed it for 3 days, but sadly the poor little bird didn't make it.

Well, you tried real hard but you just didn't have the right tools to be a bird mom...sad...Bella called me and told me about the improvement she wants to have done on your home...I thought it ambitious, but she said you love it so...turn that wasted old living in a lake with a couple of duck for color! And then this will probably have to be an addition:Bella comb out room...How nice is that! When you love and live with likes of Bella She must live large!

awwwww, I have been finding babies myself. Usually they have internal injuries because of falling out of their nest. It is so sad tho. Always a good feeling to know you tried. You got some nice shots of it.
