The sky is a little to mono-chromic for me, needs something to punch it up. While concentrating on the sky, don't forget to check the foreground, that fence is a little distracting.
I agree with MrQ on the sky and the fence,I would like to see more of the fence seems to go with the scene, also, if the windmill was more to one side or the other I believe it wouldbe a better shot. Very pretty area
I'm going to agree with the above. Crop the image so you main subject is not so centered. The rule of thirds is a great thing to follow. Also bump the contrast just a touch.
