Sorry for the larger than usual number of shots, but I just couldn't pare it down anymore...
This guy was so small that I initially bent over thinking I was getting a shot of some unusual bug!

All your photos are wonderful ! I like your first one the best and dahlia's are my favorite flower. The B&W is my second favorite. Looks like in the B&W you did a little photoshop closeup of your first photo and very well done I might add. Thanks.

Great Images!! ... I really like the B&W ... Just take fifteen seconds to clone out that white spot!! ... When things get this good the smallest little thing can really stick out big time!! ... Can't wait to see those Dahlias in full bloom!! ... Nice work kitzi!!

BW is oustanding! Frog has a cute little face...... I am gonna stick my neck out here..... the first three dahlia's seem to be a little "off" to me, colorwise.... did you use flash??? The highlights seem harsh, like flash.... I know sometimes you have to use flash, but a diffuser will soften the light.

I really like the color reflection of water drop in the b/w..and the simplicity of the second one (except for the shiny spot)...you did good with capturing the little frog.

#3 is outstanding. The few petals unfolding from the tight bud are well captured. For general faves, would go with the first one and the B/W. You know me and drops, (and curls).

Dahlia with drop is absolutely fabulous; I like frog-face, too.

both shots of the frog are wonderful - I really like how you can even see the texture of his skin on his head.
