What a beautifully captured lighthouse. I love how deep the blue is in the water and that bit of surf at the front of the image is just perfect timing on your behalf.
Love the way the pier leads you right to the light but doesn't dominate at all. Your eye feels comfortable traveling all over, the waves seem to take you to the pier, the pier to the light, and the water line (horizon) takes you back to the rise of land in the background, yet the light is still the focal point. Love the way you caught the waves breaking at the right moment.
Wonderful shot, lovely comp. great colors. The only quibble I have (and a very small one at that) is the tuff of grass in the lower right. It doesn't add, but it doesn't subtract either.
