I'm more of a purist on these, love the original.

mmm, I don't know what to say on these. I'm with Mr duck but not sure about the original. Maybe it's the shadows, but something just doesn't look like the normal good Aston shots. Could be the consistency of the rocks. The Orton/grunge actually makes the scene look better to me. Makes it look like it's raining without clouds too.

I like the Orton and the Orton/Grunge ... I'm a big fan of the Orton Effect and these are well done!! ... I agree with The Old Guy on the first one ... The rocks almost look like the shot may have been over sharpened

Gotta love the partial orton ( without the grunge). It softened the sky and gave it a soothing feeling to it.

Love the partial orton, Great colors. I think the grunge look makes it look painted on a textured canvas. :o)
partial oron is fantastic really eye catching! must learn how this is done,so i can try my hand at it.
