Trespassing probably wouldn't but the people doing doing the trespassing could. It's one of those unfortunate things that I run into shooting in Central Oregon all of the time. They close the places off to try and keep out the kids and spray paint.
Regarding the "Private Property" and "No Tresspassing" signs that are posted on old, collapsing buildings, unfortunately they're a necessary evil these days. Between kids vandalizing things, and people tearing apart walls hoping to find "treasure", old abandoned farmsteads and such are being destroyed rapidly. I run across many, many shacks, cabins, and other buildings that are still standing, even after the onslaught of human destruction.
