They dot the corners of streets, squares, sidewalks and parks with their various, colorful views of living. These folks are the true soul of the city and Savannah is their host .
Elton is a street artist trying to earn a living, he weaves palmetto leaves into beautiful roses. He can be found on River Street along with gospel singer Karis who sang Amazing Grace in my presence for a couple of dollars. In Historic Johnson Square there is a regular jazzy sax player and a well known local painter, Gregory Myrick whom charged me five dollars to take his photo. Street Artists
