This little tree is in the parking lot of our condo.  I have always called it a wild plum tree, but I really don't know what kind of tree it is.  These berries looked so cheery and bright in the cool snow that day.  This was the originalwild plum 1 and this  is the after wild plum 1a.   This is another shot but I did not post the before because I really didn't like it - too many berries out of focus - wild plum 4a and this is another one which I thought was not too bad, but I think I want to work on it a bit more.Wild Plum .   The thumbnail is a warm weather picture.

That being said I'm REALLY thinking of summer todaywildflower I think this is a thistle.

This weekend we drove to a Trappist Monk Monastery in the mountains near my home.  Thescenic drive was well worth the time as was the creamed honey we purchased from the monks.  While there, I was able to snap a few pictures.  One of a lone plasticchair sitting in the grass.  Another of someberries growing on a tree and a third of the simple chapel where the monks worship.

I got out today and got some shots.  Only about 250 of them.  I had some great subjects today.  But I have to do some cropping on those shots.  Here are some others I took.

This morning we had a very heavy frost. So I had to take some shots.  It was beautiful.  Like little diamonds everywhere.  Oh and now I know my neighbors think I am the crazy neighbor lady with the camera running around in her pjs.

  So I've been sick for a week and just not getting out much , so I went out in the back to see what I could dig up.

I see a pair of hands in the shadow of this leaf.
#2..Little things..As I took some shots of the weeds, I noticed these tiny  Pumkins. the next two are just for the heck of it.

On trip last week to Alert Bay BC, I say these growing about 1 foot under the water on the dock. What is it? what is it .
