DESCRIPTION_HERE My daughter, Zoe, on the slide at our local McDonald's.

I have a brand-new grandbaby who is almost three months old.  My daughter caught this great photo of her with what I believe is her first Big Smile. She was quite captivating, to say the least.

Violent storms came through thursday. I looked out as they passed and noticed a rainbow ending in my front yard!!!! I was excited. It was then I noticed I already had a pot of gold.

I was lucky enough to get front row seats at this concert.

I decided to feed my inner child today. Sometimes its hard to hang on to whats important. Afterwards I needed an ice cold beer.

The rain has finally stopped and our tradewinds are back. So we headed to the beach. Harley is putting his christmas  boots to good use. We played from  sunset until after  dark. We really had a great afternoon.  Aloha

Recent comments on my last post made me realize that I have not properly introduced you all to the "Bean". When my wife was pregnant the nurse told her the baby was about the size of a bean. So the name stuck as well as the nurse referring to our child in terms of vegetable sizes. So here is my little Roslin Brend Aka  The Bean

We all have great childhood memories of the beach, weather it'splaying in the sand ,in the water ocean play 2 or just being with someone you lovefather and son .It just seems to be a magical placethe view blk/wht ocean that heals your every ailment.
