Mill Creek Had an opportunity to do a little fly fishing when on a business trip to Asheville, NC. This is where I went.

I am still wondering where spring is...still no colors out here other than brown.  So, here are some more brown pictures for you:)
These photos are from the Quabbin Reservoir. It was created by flooding 4 towns in MA in 1939. The flooding was completed in 1946 providing drinking water for the Boston area.
It is a great place for wildlife pics, but today I felt too lazy to hike in the woods. One thing about this area... it is full of deer ticks. I had my share of them over the weekend. Gross!! So, here are some roadside shots

well..maybe not.  I am going to try again.  Having a tough time with thearchitecture   stuff.
I went for a quick stroll Sunday afternoon through the 4th & Gill neighborhood.  There are many beautiful old homes. (BW)  Some have been updated or at least painted1 ,  or painted2. Some have interesting details and look cozy.  You can buy one for yourself, admire their FE NC ES,  sit on the porch and gaze up at your neighbor.

I was sitting in my living room and noticed the sun had come out from behind the clouds.  The first time in 3 days, so I grabbed up the kids and loaded them in the Jeep and went searching for the perfect place to take pictures of the sunset.  I took all these photos out the window of the car and within about a mile from my house.  I hope you enjoy them.

While vacationing in Germany, we made a trip to the Dachau Concentration Camp. One of the best vacations I have had in a long time. If you are ever in Europe, I would highly recommend Dachau as a "must see".

I know you all seem to like sunsets ,so here is one that I think is pretty, not perfect but good enough for me. And last a scan (so it may be fuzzier than others) of Hawaii.

These are the Italian Alps, the Dolomites. They speak more German than Italian here, as the area used to be part of Austria.
