bi-weekly challenge Food
I'm not sure I'm doing this right, but here goes: I have always been attracted to photos taken at produce markets. Bins full of green, red and yellow peppers, plump tomatoes.... you get the picture.
But I never had the nerve to bring a camera and start shooting on site. So I compromised by immortalizing these peaches and plums fruit.jpg at home. And voila, my (very humble) contribution to the challenge.
Went Hog Wild....
....at the Farmers Market yesterday. This is such a good time of year for fresh food. I came home with so many things I couldn't pass up! Here's a sample of my veggie finds. Even had some tasty fruits . I tried posting this yesterday but my uploader slept all day.
Have a great day. Thanks for looking. C&C's welcome as always.
After going through some pics thought I would try my attemp with a slideshow and show you some.... Two's
Hope you enjoy!!!

Return of Shades
I have been away for a while, I have been building a new studio on the back of the house and have spent the last 3 months building (learning to build). Today was my 75% almost done mark. I found some interesting shadows and items on the job site.
and finally the Fruit of my labor
Anyways, a couple weeks ago, I went to Trax Farms Market, an old store that has grown incredibly from a roadside store to comercial heaven in the past decade. Anyways, they sell good apples for good prices, along with many other fruits and vegetables. They also have hundreds of thousands of home-grown pumpkins that you can choose from, which the kids like to climb over.
Also, I want to know what people think about the picture entitled "Pumpkins" because I personally thought that it was pretty good. However, if you don't, please say so.
Pike Street Market
I was visiting Seattle not long ago and came accross this view through my finder. Let me know what you think about it.
