This Is A House Burning In Topeka Kansas. The Local Fire Department Lit These Houses As A Training Event For New Cadets. I Learned About This On My Scanner, I Do Not Normally Chase Calls But This One I Couldnt Resist. Check With Your Attourney Before Chasing Calls.
