Barb had to stop on the way home and Popup Linkpin curl my aunt's hair for her.  I had to suffer thru the non-stop yakking and bear the pain of being late for the start of the Cubs & Cards.  But the Cards won, so it was worth it.  Barb looks like she was amazed at her handiwork here and that's why I picked this shot out of many.

Poor Wrigley, stares out the window for hours at a time at all the birds she'd like to get at.  Quivering in anticipation of the hunt and anguishing over the lost opportunities just a few feet away.  But even if her suffering would end the poor birds would just begin... and so it goes.

When I became a parent I never dreamed that one day I would be planning a funeral and memorial service for my baby.  It is not natural!  This is my entry for pain and suffering.  The Popup Linkpain and sufferingthat no parents should ever have to go through.  Only Popup Linkthe eyes show the suffering of a mourning parent.  Many times the body and mind is numb.  Years later Popup Linkhis favorite toy brings tears to my eyes. Now the horse rocks by itself when it is occasionally brought out of hiding.  The rocking horse in black and white.  I tried to add more contrast to this one.  Popup Linkrocking horse.  I wasn't sure to post this one but I figure I must share my  Popup Linkangel with you since I have already shared my three angels on earth with you.  I know this is not a very good picture but I had to scan it in.  I didn't have a digital camera when my son was alive.

Warning ******
If you're squeamish don't look at these.

Yesterday evening I was walking around the yard looking for something to shoot while Barb was cutting grass.  I found a dead chipmunk, maybe hit by a car, fresh cause the blood was still red and not dried.  I took a picture.
This morning I went back to check on it and it was gone.  There were some flies, bugs, and some bees around but no chipmunk.  At first, I thought probably a possum got it but they would probably eat it where it was at. So, I figured a dog or something took it away.  Either way, thru the chipmunk's pain and suffering life continues for some others.
