One late night. One piano. One toy pooch. A few plastic gels.Boy I tell you though. A nice digital SLR with a good lens would be a match made in heaven for this job.

the ad said "free piano, needs work, call". so we did, long story short, we drove 60 miles round trip and picked it up. boy, did it need work. my husband worked for nearly two months glueing and cleaning and tuning. finally it was ready to play. now if we only knew how to play. this week mojo is here for spring break and when he saw the piano he couldn't wait to play it. so i hooked him up with a book and a cd and explained the theory (i understand the theory of music, it's the actual playing i have trouble with) behind the instructions in the book. then i turned him loose and before we knew it he was playing and we were singing.
