I've just been a point and shoot guy but I just bought a Kodak z760 with different setting to understand. I was reading the DOF pics and was trying to figure out if any of these would qualify. I hope to post more and learn some here. Thanks.

I know I haven't posted in awhile.  The kids have been sick and we've been camped out at the doctor's office. (that's why Flat Stanley hasn't arrived yet all you who are hosting..sorry!)  

Today was the first time in over a week we could get out and stretch our legs.  So we headed to the slides for some fun.  There is a kids  castle where the kids can have a blast, and they did.  Sean is practising to be future fireman.  Connor just likes to stand at the top of the slides and yell " HOO RAA!!" (can you tell we have Marines in the family?)

I grabbed my camera and took my boys out to the playground yesterday before the rain hits from T.D. Tammy.  We have a huge playground in our neighborhood that the community built.  The boys had a great time and I got a couple of (hopefully!) decent shots.  The clouds were already starting to move in, so it kind of gave me trouble with the light.  Oh well....
