How can I put these together and into a collage?

Hi, I am the web designer (and newsletter editor) for a photo club in Milwaukee.

I was wondering if I could get some feedback from y'all on how the new site design looks and works.

I would appreciate, especially, some input on the gallery section.

Be as brutal as you think you need to be, I really would like an impartial opinion - the club thinks it is great, but they have to agree (or I take my computer and go home :-)  o.k., not really, but they don't want to say anything bad for fear of hurting my feelings)

In the next few months, I'm going to expand out of my "Postcard" camera (Canon A70 Powershot) and into one of the EOS line...

However...

Still being a novice, I don't understand the subtle differences between the Rebel, 20D and 30D. Obviously, the 30D (being the newest) is the sweetest, but would it be in my best interest to start with a Rebel, learn on a "real" camera, then graduate to a 30D in a few years?

With the release of the 30D, it looks like Rebel prices have dropped several hundred $$, which, unfortunately, makes a difference to my budget... =(

Thoughts or comments? Lens and flash  questions will be next week... =)

Does anyone actually buy photos from here?  Just curious...

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with New York Institute of Photography. I thought about signing up for this just to brush up on my skills I have lost! I want to learn more. I have done some looking into this correspondence school and it seems pretty legit. Anyone have any comments??

During my Sunday drive I noticed this written on a wall near downtown.
Since turning around and capturing the image.....I have been trying my best to answer the question.

"What would you do if you couldn't fail?"

   So???     What would YOU do?

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times, and I'm sorry if I'm being redundant, but I need digicam suggestions. I've always been a strictly film person, but it's impossible to take my Canon with me *everywhere* because it's so big and heavy...and I tend to find awesome shots on the occasions it's not with me. So I'm finally going to do what I thought I'd never do....and buy a digital camera! ::gasp:: I'm looking for something small and light, that's easy to take anywhere. I know you gotta spend alot to get something good, but I don't have alot to spend. So, it doesn't have to take amazing pictures, but decent ones. What do you suggest?
