Looking down this Track along the River at  Calico Rock always makes me think of the end of "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" where George Clooney, Holly Hunter, and the little Whurvey girls walk across.... see what I mean?

Going south on Highway 5, you cross this
Long Two Lane Bridge over the White River.  Not much to do in town, maybe look at some Antiques or sit down for a Plate Lunch.  Then the Patchwork Asphalt will take you away from the past... away from Calico Rock....

Railroad to Water In Dubuque, Iowa. The tracks used to lead into the harbor and load rail cars onto barges in the river for transport to New Orleans and other destinations. B&W
