4-17-2010 Zoo with Robin
Yesterday, Robin and I went to the St. Louis Zoo. We hit the reptile house first; this is where my first offering of photos are from. For those who don't like snakes be warned; there are many snakes in this post. I ended up taking around 350 photos over the course of the day, and 42 or so were workable. Robin took around 669, I think...though I haven't seen hers up anywhere yet, I'm sure they will blow mine away! I just want to thank Robin again for yesterday, and c&c are welcome...thanks for looking.

Thanks for looking! Have a Great day and Weekend! :o)
A little visitor....

Last week we had a baby Robin in our yard for half a day. I could get within about 6 ft. from him to take some shots. He was in a 'corner' area so I could only approach him from the front. I got frustrated 'cause with this great opportunity I couldn't think outside the box to get any really neat shots. As my grandson would say "need help".
Here's the setting he was in... baby robin
Here's a crop of that setting... lil robin redbreast
Now, what could I have done different? Any and ALL comments are wanted. Thanks
