This is my first time posting so I thought I'd put a collage of myself in here. I took all of the pictures of myself.

I'm missing a bone in my left thumb, so it's smaller than the other. No freak accident, it's just been like that since before I can remember. Also, I got a stranger shot [if you can even call it that, har har].. It's a little boy with some ducks.. I hope it's okay that I didn't ask his permission for the shot... his little hand just shot in when I was clicking.

I was messin round with my camera and finally decided to play with the timer... here's what I came up with.. I'd much rather be behind the camera than in front of it, but my mom has been wanting some pics so figured I'd give it a go.

Turns out the lomos don't work. I got them in a bulk of 3 on ebay.. the one my boyfriend retained does work, the two I got do not. Oh well I guess. The problem on the Smena Symbol is that the lever is supposed to raise to a 90 degree angle to advance the film. Then the Smena 8m just doesn't seem to work for some reason or another. It's a relatively old camera, so I'm sure that's a contributing factor. I've been taking them apart to try to see if I can fix it on my own, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to. RIP Los Smenadores.

Anyway, due to the loss of two things I've anxiously anticipated for over a month [the shipping from Russia to here took THAT long] I was a little too bummed out to take pictures. So I just decided to throw in two leftovers from this week. I hope you like them.

I spend alot of time in front of the PC monitor... AND it SHOWS.  And well, the dust shows too.  Darn.

But I like this accident best -- one of Blizzard's images loaded an instant before I snapped: GHOST... and she was gracious enough to let me use it!  Thankya Blizz!

i've visited this site a whole lot, and was never motivated enough to share my own pictures , until now that is. i make my living as a director at a tv/news station. i'll probably be here forever and ever. i hate to be bored so in my down time i like to try out some camera tricks. lately i've been doing self portraits... some in color but mostly in black and white . i consider myself a classy kinda guy. although, my work does cause a lot of stress . its a crazy work enviroment, but i keeps all of us on our toes. this guy was really cool but he is gone now. when i'm not working, i enjoy playing ball and watching my sister play as well. you might have noticed that i like messing around with photoshop. i call this one a frame in time . thanks for viewing my first post

i work at a coal processing plant in somerset co. pa.  on occasion i get to be a dirty old man this self portrait was taken after i had a run-in with a plugged dust bin. usually i win---this time the dust won. note the 6pack abbs with a wrinkle. cough...cough...

i've been absent from this place for way too long.... but my computer is back up and running, and i can finally share with you a little bit of what i've been working on the past few months... these are from my film cameras, shots i've taken along the way, printed in my photo class... they're grainy and some are high contrasty, but believe me they look better on the paper than they did after scanning them in...

Ok, this self portrait thing is hard!  First, I can't stand to see my own picture.  I can find a million things wrong in one glance.  Second, I couldn't get the focus right.  Grrrrrrr!!!!!  So I'll keep working on it.  I tried to use the one third rule but am not sure how successful I was.  Let me know what you think.
