I don't often have a willing victim... errr ummm... model, yeah MODEL, to photograph, so I shoot 'em when I can get 'em.
I wanted to try using absolutely
nothing but candlelight for lighting...
...what can I say, I like to
play with fire...
Cigarettes and red red lips, such a lovely combo...
But sometimes, it's all just
smoke & mirrors...
The reflected, flickering flames did some strange & interesting things
in the darkness...
And a cigarette holder and an armful of roses in the shadows make me think of a sort of
sinister elegance...

....in the snow.
Come Into My

Okay, I haven't posted in a while since my children were "kind" enough to share their virus with me. I've been stuck in the house for two weeks. So today I finally wondered out into the yard and took these shots.
I should be ashamed of myself. It has been three whole days since I have had my camera out. It's terrible but true. So I was looking through some of my old pics and found some that I thought were worth posting. Let me know what you think.

This assignment is harder than I figured it would be. Here are my entries...be gentle ;)
Ok, I was gonna try and get real creative on this "assignment", but I didn't have time to; here's my shadows. The one of the arch was taken a month ago (I know that's cheating; sorry!) and all I did to it was add a frame in ps. The rest are nothing special, but they're shadows. Enjoy!
