5. B&H Electronics Superstore located at 34th and 9th Ave.  Inside the store, orders are placed online bumped to the front of the queue.  After paying at a separate desk the electronic equipment is delivered using a modern age chain and bucket system.

I love the way light plays in fog. On a recent trip to Hong Kong, I tried to capture the reasons for my enthusiasm. I took a cruise in the harbor. For others the harbor was the destination.A times, it seemed the horizon was a giant bejeweled bracelet, and I had to get a closer look. Santa Claus likes it here too, and you can see him year round. I wondered at the modern spire reaching through the clouds. I had to see what this beautiful land must look like from up  above.

It's been a while since I've posted. . . the end of the school year always buries me under a mound of paperwork. I finally had the chance to get loose today and took some photos of the Houston skyline from Memorial Drive. Skyline 1 Skyline 2 Skyline 3 Skyline 4 Buffalo Bayou runs through downtown and is, for the most part, about as undeveloped as it looks. Buffalo Bayou

...is the reason I shot a whole series of pictures of Columbus Avenue in San Francisco, which passes through the Financial District, Jackson Square, Chinatown, Manilatown, North Beach and Fisherman's Wharf. This complicated shot of Columbus and Green from Saturday, July 17, 2004, 6:40am under golden light conditions even has a Whoopi Goldberg tab.

Here is a shot of an old factory of some sort on the East river. I believe that the building was in Queens. This shot was from the same trip as the Chrysler Building Shot from my first trip New York June of 2002.
