A week or so ago I posted some photos of lightning at White Sands.  My intention that evening was to take advantage of the full moon and maybe learn something about night photography.  Here's what I was up to before the storm distracted me. . .

 Wilk posted something from Alamogordo recently. It reminded me of how much I liked it there. The sky is beautiful and lends a sense of excitement to everything, unlike most places I've been.
 This picture is not a clever as Wilk's, but I post it anyway, because it was a very good memory for me. Alamogordo
