One of the local wineries had a port tasting yesterday, and they also allowed you to make your own. It is a very interesting process and getting the right mixture of everything is more important than I realized. That can be some nasty tasting stuff if the mix ain't right! I recently bought a house in Hoquiam, WA. It's a cute little house, but needs some work to make it my home. So, I've been spending two days out of the week down working on it.
